The company Evonik Industries is investing in the expansion of oil additive production at the Singapore location by setting up a new production line. 

During the manufacture of the products solvents are released. These solvents in the exhaust air from the production plant are to be recovered as far as possible and at the same time to be reduced in the exhaust air before discharge into the atmosphere takes place. 

For the solution of this problem Standardkessel is supplying a condenser based on the principle of direct condensation. A bath-cooler unit was chosen which is rated for a condensation temperature of up to -40°C. The solvents are recovered up to 99% from the exhaust air and can be fed back into the production process. The residual solvent content in the exhaust air meets the conditions for discharge into the atmosphere. 

The condenser is a key unit for the new production plant so that a high availability of the condenser ranks among the most important requirements. 

By supplying and integrating the condenser into the process Standardkessel will contribute to successfully increasing oil additive production at the Singapore location.
