Lawyer (in-house lawyer) (m/f/d)

To strengthen our small, powerful legal department at the headquarters of the holding company in Mülheim an der Ruhr, we are looking for a lawyer (in-house lawyer) (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

As an in-house lawyer, you will be responsible for the wide range of legal tasks that arise in the group of companies during the realisation of power plant projects. These are tasks at least from the following areas:

• Contract drafting (in particular contract drafting and negotiation) with a focus on construction law or contracts for work and services
• Legal support in the execution of contracts
• Conducting (construction) litigation
• Risk management and insurance solutions
• Legal advice and legal mediation

To this end, you will be responsible for providing advice in individual, special areas of law relevant to plant construction.
