In May 2017, the two traditional companies Standardkessel GmbH and Baumgarte Boiler Systems GmbH will be merging under the motto “Stronger together!” to form Standardkessel Baumgarte GmbH.
By bringing together the strengths of the two companies, we want to show an even stronger presence in the market place for our customers. The simplification of our corporate structure is an essential step along this route.
It goes without saying that the name Standardkessel Baumgarte continues to stand for quality and innovation - with the combined 170 years of experience in boiler making and plant construction.
Our wide product portfolio of our divisions Energy from Waste in Bielefeld and Power Plants in Duisburg remains unchanged.
With this merger, we are looking forward to a new chapter in the company`s history and look forward to continuing cooperation in trust and partnership.
