From 26 - 28 April 2013 Fernwärme Ulm invited Ulm`s inhabitants, businesses and companies to the Open Day on the site of the new biomass-fired CHP II.
Within the scope of this celebration, Standardkessel also took the opportunity to present the company`s broad range of supplies and services to the visitors.
Besides the varied programme for young and old, the main attraction was the viewing of the biomass-fired steam generator constructed by Standardkessel together with its ancillary units. During a tour from the unloading bay via the fuel feed system to the flue gas cleaning unit the visitors were able to get to know the power plant in more detail.
