Following the successful completion of the official boiler pressure test of incineration line 2 in the Karlsruhe sewage treatment plant on 20.11.2019, on 7.2.2020 the equally successful pressure test celebration took place in the rooms of the sewage treatment plant.

The traditional stamping of the boiler plate was carried out by Mr. Macke (TÜV Süd), Mr. Maurer (Karlsruhe Civil Engineering Office), Mr. Knebel (Karlsruhe Civil Engineering Office) and Mr. Dubbert (Standardkessel Baumgarte).

Afterwards guided tours with the guests were provided during which the plant components and the modes of operation were explained.
In magnificent weather the event was fittingly celebrated by 65 participants in a good mood.

In the brief speeches made, Mr. Heilig and Mr. Maurer as representatives for the Civil Engineering Office and Dr. Scholz as the representative of the plant constructor expressed how trusting and partner-like the work has been so far within the scope of upgrading so that the first sewage sludge incineration now appears realistic for May 2020.
