After we successfully carried out the official boiler pressure test for the first boiler (AHK 62) on our construction site "Siemens for Evonik Marl" in mid-February, we were now able to successfully carry out the boiler pressure test for the second boiler (AHK 61) together with our Notified Body (TÜV-Nord), Mr Dewenter. At the required test pressures for the HP and LP pressure part, all weld seams of our second delivered boiler also proved their tightness.

Important milestone achieved despite difficult situation

Despite the difficult conditions caused by the pandemic, another important milestone for the realisation of the project has been reached with the successful pressure test.
