Standardkessel Baumgarte GmbH (SBG) was able to successfully complete the commissioning of incineration line 2 at the end of 2021
In addition to the commissioning activities of the entire plant, conversions and installations as well as partial replacements of the machine technology were carried out in accordance with the commissioned scope of services. The main plant components were dewatering and drying, the kiln and parts of the boiler system as well as the EMSR technology.
Following the successful commissioning, SBG received another order to increase the plant availability. The aim here is to increase the performance and availability of the plant through an effective operational and maintenance concept.
Line 2 has an incineration capacity of 2.2 t (dry sewage sludge) per hour. The generated steam from the waste heat boiler is fed to a turbine, which has a maximum feed capacity of 1.44 MW. SBG has been contracted to reengineer and commission incineration line 2 in mid-2019.
