In January 2016 the companies of the Standardkessel Baumgarte Group signed the Charter of Diversity and hence support the recognition and appreciation of diversity in German business.

The Charter of Diversity is a corporate initiative that stands for the recognition and promotion of social diversity. With its founding in 2011 the initiative has set itself the goal of pushing ahead the respect for and inclusion of diversity in the corporate culture in Germany. By signing the Charter the participating companies undertake to accept responsibility also beyond their own company so that all employees are treated with respect– irrespective of sex, nationality, ethnic origins, religion or world view, disablement, age, sexual orientation and identity. More than 1000 companies and institutions have meanwhile decided to join the “Charter of Diversity”. New ones are being added continuously.

In the corporate culture of the Standardkessel Baumgarte Group recognition, equal opportunities and respect have always been firmly incorporated. By signing the Charter the companies of the Group would like to support the initiative so that these principles gain even greater importance in German business and society.
